Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ugnayan (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Ugnayan is a social media management tool designed for Filipino freelance social media managers. It allows users to manage clients, schedule content, generate reports, and share content calendars and reports with their clients.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Ugnayan cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to secure your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Ugnayan offers a free plan with limited features and a paid Pro plan with additional capabilities. The features available on each plan are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through PayMongo. We accept GCash, Maya, and major credit/debit cards.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at ugnayan.ph.app@gmail.com within 7 days and we will review your case.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again but will retain access until the period ends.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using Ugnayan, including captions, schedules, and client data. By using the App, you grant Ugnayan a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you manage through the App does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• •Share your account credentials with others
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App
• •Upload malicious code or interfere with the App's infrastructure
• •Use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Ugnayan available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime outside of our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service unavailability.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ugnayan is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andres Jr. Maron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Imus City, Cavite.
